Why does Bria X say "Account is not enabled." or "Account Disabled" after I log in?

For users seeing the above messages after logging in, it is likely that no SIP account has been configured for the Bria X profile. To correct this, please log into your Bria X dashboard and open the "Edit Subscription User" page for the affected user.

Under "User Accounts", select "Add SIP Account" and enter the necessary user ID and domain information for this user provided by your VOIP service. When finished, select "Add Account", then finalize the change by selecting "Update User".

Once the account is configured, log out or restart your Bria client and log back in to apply the new SIP account settings.
